Notice is hereby given that the Account for Trencor Limited (In Voluntary Liquidation) was confirmed by the Master of the Western Cape High Court on 17 August 2026.
We have been advised by Computershare Investor Services (Pty) Ltd that the payment date for the liquidation dividend in terms of the Account less any applicable dividend tax will be 27 August 2026:
