First and Final Liquidation and Distribution Account
FIRST AND FINAL LIQUIDATON AND DISTRIBUTION ACCOUNT (“the Account”)
MASTER’S REFERENCE NO. C420/2025
Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 406 of the Companies Act that the Account for Trencor Limited (In Voluntary Liquidation) will lie open for inspection at the offices of the Master of the Western Cape High Court, Dullah Omar Building, 45 Castle Street, Cape Town for a period of fourteen (14) days as from 24 July 2026.
The Account, a copy of which is available here, makes provision for payment to shareholders of a total dividend as follows:
| Return of capital | 0,5 cent per share |
| Liquidation dividend | 10,7065129 cents per share |
| Total | 11,2065129 cents per share |
Barring any objections to the Account, it is envisaged that it should be confirmed by the Master towards the end of August 2026, whereafter Computershare Investor Services (Pty) Ltd will be placed in funds to enable it to pay the dividend awarded in terms of the Account less any applicable dividend tax.
