FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE DECLARATION OF THE SPECIAL CASH DIVIDEND

Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on 28 January 2025 wherein it was advised, inter alia, that the board had declared a gross special cash dividend (number 108) of 730 cents per share out of distributable reserves, subject to obtaining the required regulatory approval from the South African Reserve Bank to distribute such funds to shareholders.

Such approval has now been obtained. As previously announced in the declaration announcement, the salient dates pertaining to the dividend payment are as follows:

Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between Wednesday, 19 February 2025 and Friday, 21 February 2025, both days inclusive.
