CHANGES TO THE BOARD – RETIRING DIRECTORS

Shareholders are advised that Jimmy McQueen and Herman Wessels have informed the board that they have decided to retire as non-executive directors of Trencor after the conclusion of the forthcoming annual general meeting, scheduled for Thursday, 4 June 2020.

It is not the intention of the board to appoint non-executive directors in their stead.
