RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT

Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement issued on 3 October 2016 and to the renewals of cautionary announcement issued on 11 November 2016 and 28 December 2016.

Textainer Group Holdings Limited (“Textainer”) will announce its fourth quarter and full year results in a press release and conference call  on   16 February 2017, when it is expected to update its investors on the Hanjin Shipping Company (“Hanjin”) bankruptcy and the impact thereof on Textainer under US GAAP. The resultant impact of the Hanjin bankruptcy on Trencor under IFRS will thereafter have to be determined and quantified.  Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in their Trencor shares, until a further announcement is made.
