UPDATE ON VOLUNTARY WINDING-UP AND LIQUIDATION

Shareholders are referred to the announcements published on 29 May 2025, 30 June 2025, 8 July 2025, and 17 July 2025 relating to the members voluntary winding-up, distribution of a special cash dividend, delisting and liquidation of Trencor.

Subsequent to these announcements the following events have occurred:

• The listing of Trencor shares on the JSE was terminated on 5 August 2025;
• The Companies and Intellectual Property Commission confirmed that effective 6 August 2025 the status of Trencor had been changed to Voluntary Liquidation; and
• On 12 August 2025, Stephen Malcolm Gore was appointed liquidator of Trencor by the Master of the Western Cape High Court, Cape Town.
