JSE LISTING STATUS AND WINDING UP

JSE LISTING STATUS

As previously reported, the JSE granted Trencor a dispensation to remain listed as a cash company on the JSE for the period up to 31 December 2024.

Shareholders are hereby advised that Trencor approached the JSE for an extension to the dispensation which the JSE has granted. Accordingly, the Company may remain listed until 31 December 2025.

WINDING UP

As previously advised, whether or not the Company will be in a position to commence the winding up process following 31 December 2024, as currently intended, will depend on the satisfactory conclusion of all outstanding regulatory and other matters required in order to wind the Company up. Engagement with all interested parties is progressing and still ongoing, seeking to ensure that the winding up process commences as soon as practically possible after 31 December 2024.
